Exciting days. -- Crispin Wright is visiting the ERC team today and tomorrow, and his talk today, Tuesday, (at 4:45pm) is entitled "Alethic Pluralism and Faultless Disagreement". I have admired his work since my very first steps in the rule-following debates, but have never met him in person. On Wednesday I am off for a couple of talks and a conference in Budapest. And all that on the back of a great weekend with two concerts (Saint-Saens, Belioz, Pärt, Mendelsohn, Chopin) and the visit of a wonderful old (I mean "long-time") friend from Finland.
